More info about this course / class:

This gentle yoga class is suitable for all ages and is especially supportive if you’re seeking a practice that is both grounding and restorative. With a slow yet powerful rhythm, this class nourishes the parasympathetic nervous system - helping your body shift from stress into ease.

Expect to explore:

  • Gentle movement (asana): building strength while supporting mobility, balance, and joint health
  • Guided breathwork (pranayama): uniting body and mind, enhancing clarity and calm
  • Meditation: cultivating mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and overall wellbeing

Chairs and props are available to ensure comfort and accessibility, so every body feels supported.

Taught by Angelique, an experienced Teacher and Yoga Therapist, this class is an invitation to move with care, breathe with presence, and rest into the quiet power of gentle yoga. You’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more deeply connected to your own natural rhythm.
