This class is suitable for all ages, and all levels of experience.
We will practice ancient Yogic breath techniques (Pranayam) to increase vitality and a sense of longevity, gentle movement to support mobility and Meditation to support mental health and function.
We may use chairs during some classes, along with other props which are all provided by the studio.
If you are unable to attend your class, please let us have as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot, otherwise your payment or class credit cannot be refunded.
General classes we require 2 hours notice for a full credit.
Workshops we offer a credit if we can fill your place from our waitlist.
