More info about this course / class:

Yoga invites your body, mind, and soul to rest deeply. In this gentle yoga class in East Maitland, you will be guided through simple yet effective restorative and yin-inspired poses designed to melt away tension and create space for ease. With each shape, we move from stressed-out to blissed-out, restoring balance to both body and mind.

Together we explore the power of breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and prepare for guided meditation - so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected. This practice is ideal if you’re seeking restorative yoga in the Hunter Valley, yin yoga for stress relief, or simply a nurturing pause in your week.

Fyona teaches with depth and consistency, offering practices that honour your energy, create space for emotional clarity, and support you in building a sustainable rhythm of rest and renewal. Each class is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and align with your own natural flow.
