Yin Yoga accesses the energy channels know as Qi (or chi) which translates as 'vital life force' or 'life energy', this energy is the force present in all life that binds together all things in the universe. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation which translates to 'yogic sleep'. The guided practice takes us effortlessly into a state of harmony.

In this Immersion of Yin Yoga we will access the qualities of the fire element.

The light/hot/active/expansive qualities of Fire are very yang (compared to the dark/cool/receptive/downward qualities of water which is very yin). The season of fire is summer and the emotions are joy, love and passion.

We will be working with the organs - heart and small intestine

Yin Yoga accesses the energy channels know as Qi (or chi) which translates as 'vital life force' or 'life energy', this energy is the force present in all life that binds together all things in the universe.

This immersion is suitable for all levels of experience and health.

Please bring a pillow, mat and dress in layers.

If you are unable to attend your class, please let us have as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot, otherwise your payment or class credit cannot be refunded.

General classes we require 2 hours notice for a full credit.
Workshops we offer a credit if we can fill your place from our waitlist.
