More info about this course / class:

From the 'Spirit' animal perspective, the Alpaca has symbolic ties to duty, courage, intrigue, movement, and patience, but also represents ruggedness, stamina, and tenacity....bring these qualities into your own life through the connection with these gentle creatures.

Please bring your own mat - no other props are required.

Weather permitting we will be outdoors, please apply sunscreen and bring a hat if you feel to. Please bring your own water bottle.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, wear covered shoes for feeding the animals but bare feet for our practice.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out via text and I will return your call as soon as I can.

These classes are fundraisers for the Alpaca Rescue program, donations gratefully accepted!
