Immerse yourself in the power of meditation on this 3 day Meditation 'soak' in the serene coastal town of Brunswick Heads.
We will explore the benefits of Meditation through practice and theory, including (most importantly) the preparation for your practice which is often neglected in regular classes due to time constraints.
Accessing the ancient techniques of Shatkarma, we will first cleanse and prepare the body, followed by Pranayama to stabilize the mind and Asana to calm the mind and settle the body.
Along with our practices we will visit the beautiful Banya Bathhouse in Mullumbimby for a delicious soak, nutritious lunch and deep relax.
Breakfast and lunch are included.
We may choose to dine together in the evening somewhere local or you may choose to take some alone time. This can be decided on the day.
There are many activities available and Byron Bay is just a short 20 minute drive.
